Basic Fixed Retainer:
A fixed retainer of £30.00 per month entitles your company to:
24/7/365 IT Support and response to critical issues within 1 hour.
Upstream IT Support (Remote, Telephone, Email and On-Site Support)
Reduced contract rate of £36.00 per hour. Minimum term 12 months.

This support agreement includes the following:
- Response to ALL faults within 1 hour.
- UNLIMITED remote support (VPN), 24/7/365. Contact engineers direct via email or telephone.
- 6 HOURS per month on-site support is also included.*
- Hardware and Software support for ALL IT Systems.**
- Server Monitoring and Maintenance.
- Detailed SLA.
* If 6 hours of on-site support have been used you will be entitled to preferential call out rates of £36.00 per hour,
Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00 and £48.00 per hour, out of hours.
** Subject to initial survey (Free).
Upstream IT offer Support and Consultancy Services on an Ad Hoc (non contract) basis charged at: £45.00 per hour,
Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:00 and £75.00 per hour, out of hours.
Prices quoted exclude VAT.
